...it hurts!
Obama breaks from Bush, avoids divisive stands
The Associated Press - 33 minutes ago
WASHINGTON (AP) - Barack Obama opened his presidency by breaking sharply from George W. Bush's unpopular administration, but he mostly avoided divisive partisan and ideological stands.
I thought the AP was a news aggregator, not an editorial agency? Even on Wikipedia, you need a neutral point of view & verifiability for your posts, or someone comes along and challenges you.
So, for public benefit, I took a shot at improving this line:
WASHINGTON (AP) - Barack Obama opened his presidency by breaking sharply [judgement-supporting evidence needed] from George W. Bush's unpopular [citation needed] administration, but he mostly avoided [citation needed] divisive partisan [is "partisan = divisive" like "fair = lovely" in desh?] and ideological stands [he avoided ideological stands? Why would a president do so? And HOW would anyone do so unless they did NOTHING? Even picking a bagel over a baguette could be an ideological stand. So Obama did NOTHING?? And if so, that is F***ING NEWS?? What the F*** is BAD about an ideological stand, anyhow?]
In the words of P's boss, "Associated Press is shit".
